Sales Manager 

Join the Ribas Invest team — experts in investment and hotel real estate. We are looking for a motivated sales manager who will help our clients invest in premium projects, support transactions, and demonstrate the potential for profitability. 


Responsibilities:

  • Active sales of real estate (apartments, cottages, commercial properties) and attracting new clients.
  • Conducting project presentations for potential investors and buyers.
  • Advising clients on investment attractiveness and projected profitability.
  • Supporting transactions from initial contact to signing agreements.
  • Work with the CRM database and generate sales reports.
  • Participation in marketing events, open days and presentations for clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or investment projects.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Focus on results and fulfillment of KPIs.
  • Basic knowledge of financial indicators of real estate, investment attractiveness.
  • High level of communication skills and customer focus.
  • Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.

English at Upper-Intermediate level and above will be a plus.
